Shipments and returns

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Registerd Air Mail with tracking and will need signature upon receiving. If you prefer delivery by fedEx with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. We will take special care to protect fragile objects.

Import Duties and Taxes
Shipping fees do not included import duties and taxes which are different from country to country. Anyhow, in most countries, the orders that are less than $30 would not be charged for the import duties and taxes.

Shipping Times
The standard shipping times for each zone are as following:
The USA, Canada .......................14 - 20 days
The UK. .....................................10 - 14 days
Germany, France, Italy, Russia ....20 - 30 days (due to long process in the customs)
Australia, New Zealand.................14 - 20 days
South America, Latin America.......20 - 30 days

For holiday season, the shipping time may take 7 - 10 more days.

Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your item, you may return it unused and in its original condition for a refund, anyhow the shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be returned within two weeks of receipt, and customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
